In addition to the return of COTA Line 45 with a limited number of runs, COTA has introduced COTA//Plus, a service that provides on-demand rides in full-size buses for customers experiencing reduced service as a result of the pandemic. The service is available from 5 am to 11 pm seven days a week using the COTA//Plus mobile app. A coach operated by a COTA driver will respond and arrive to the pick-up location within 20 minutes.

SmartRide New Albany shuttle service is available will continue to transport employees from the Forest Drive Park & Ride to business in the park.
